Partner Program Terms

These Partner Program Terms ("Program Terms") govern participation in the Fourdesk partner program (the "Program"), under which approved partners ("you", "Partner") earn commission for referring new paying customers to Fourdesk ("we", "us"). They supplement, and are subject to, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to these Program Terms. If you do not agree, do not participate.

1. Applying and approval

You must have a Fourdesk account to participate, and you must apply and be approved before any referral is tracked. We review every application by hand and approve at our sole discretion — typically partners are traders or creators with a genuine audience (a channel, following, community, or coaching roster). Approval is not guaranteed, and we may decline or later revoke it. Your referral link and code become active only once your application is approved; anything you share before approval does not track and does not earn commission.

2. Your code and referral link

On approval you receive a unique referral code and link (for example, fourdesk.io/?ref=YOURCODE). You may request a specific code, subject to availability and our approval; we may change or revoke a code that is misleading, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate. You may not use more than one account or multiple codes to participate without our written consent.

3. How referrals are tracked

When someone follows your referral link, the referral is stored in that person's browser and applied automatically when they subscribe. There is no fixed time window on the attribution — but tracking is per-browser and per-device. If the person clears their browser storage, uses a different browser or device, or an intervening referral overwrites yours before they subscribe, the referral may not be attributed to you. Sending people directly to your ?ref= link at the point they subscribe is the most reliable method. Attribution and commission are determined by our records, which are final absent manifest error.

4. Commission

  • Rate and duration. You earn 20% of each payment a referred customer actually makes to Fourdesk during their first 12 months as a paying customer, starting from their first payment. After 12 months of paid subscription, commission on that customer stops.
  • Calculated on amount paid. Commission is 20% of the amount actually received by us for that customer — after any discount (including the discount your referral receives), promotion, tax, or refund. Their referral discount and your commission apply to the same underlying payment.
  • Annual plans count once. An annual subscription is a single payment, so it earns a single 20% commission of that annual amount — not twelve monthly commissions.
  • Refunds, reversals, and abuse. Commission accrues on payments we actually receive. We may withhold, reverse, or deduct commission for payments that are later refunded, disputed, charged back, or that we reasonably determine to be fraudulent, self-referred, or otherwise in breach of these Program Terms.
  • Self-referral is not allowed. You may not use your own code to subscribe, and you earn no commission on your own account or on subscriptions we determine to be your own.

5. Payouts

  • Commission accrues to your pending balance in your partner dashboard.
  • Payouts are made by PayPal to the address you provide. Keep it accurate — we are not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect address you supplied.
  • You may request a payout once your pending balance is over $20. We process approved payout requests within 5 business days.
  • We may delay or withhold a payout while we investigate suspected abuse, a chargeback, or a breach of these Program Terms, or where required by law.
  • You are an independent contractor, not our employee, agent, or partner in the legal sense. You are solely responsible for any taxes on your commission and for any information reporting your jurisdiction requires.

6. How you may promote Fourdesk

You agree to promote Fourdesk honestly and lawfully. You must not:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages, or post your link where it is not permitted.
  • Misrepresent Fourdesk, its features, pricing, or results, or make guarantees of trading profit.
  • Imply that you are Fourdesk, or that Fourdesk endorses you, beyond your role as a partner.
  • Bid on or register Fourdesk trademarks, brand terms, or confusingly similar variations in paid search, domains, or handles.
  • Offer unauthorized cash-back or rebates on the subscription, or otherwise incentivize sign-ups in a way that undermines the discount.
  • Promote Fourdesk in connection with unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.

Where the law or platform rules require it (for example, consumer-protection or advertising rules), you must clearly disclose that you earn a commission from referrals.

7. Trademarks and content

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Fourdesk name and logo solely to promote Fourdesk as a partner, following any brand guidance we provide. This license ends when your participation ends. All goodwill from your use benefits Fourdesk. We may ask you to correct or remove any promotion that breaches these Program Terms.

8. Term and termination

Either of us may end your participation at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. On termination, your referral link and code stop tracking and any unearned or future commission ceases. We will pay commission validly earned and not withheld under these Program Terms, provided your balance is over the $20 payout minimum and no investigation is pending; a balance below the minimum at termination may be forfeited. We may suspend participation and withhold payouts while investigating a suspected breach.

9. Changes to the Program

We may change the Program or these Program Terms — including commission rates, the attribution model, and payout rules — on a prospective basis. We will give notice of material changes by email or in-app. Commission already validly earned before a change is not affected. Continued participation after a change takes effect is acceptance of the updated Program Terms.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Program is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the Program is limited to commission validly earned and payable to you under these Program Terms. Nothing produced by Fourdesk is financial advice, and you must not present it as such.

11. Governing law

These Program Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Canary Islands, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have under EU law.
